Book Online

Booking lessons with your teacher only takes a few minutes and you can do it all online. Enter your contact information, create your schedule, select a service plan, and complete your purchase.

Set up Your Account

If you have questions before your first lesson, you'll have the opportunity to speak with your instructor before then. You'll also get access to your free online account and a short questionnaire about your goals and experience level, which will help your instructor create an appropriate lesson plan.

Manage Your Schedule

We know you're busy, so we've given you full control over your schedule. Using your online account, you can cancel lessons and coordinate reschedules with your teacher. You can also leave comments for your teacher about any lesson.

Billing

We make paying for lessons hassle-free with our flexible billing plans. You can manage your billing, including convenient auto-pay options, all within your online account.

How does billing work?

Lessons are paid in advance, which guarantees your time slot with the teacher you select. If you're not completely satisfied with your teacher, we'll gladly help you find a new one or refund any unused lesson credits, no questions asked.

How much do you charge for lessons?

Lesson rates vary depending on your location and the length of the lesson. Additionally, lesson prices can change depending on whether you take them in your home, at your teacher's location or online.

What kind of tools and resources are available for me as a student?

As a TakeLessons student, you'll have access to your online student account, where you can easily track your schedule, manage your bills, make payments, communicate with your teacher and more.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You also have the option to pay with a debit card. We do not accept payment via cash, check or money order.

Can I pay when I get to the lesson?

In order to reserve your time slot, we require payment at the time of booking, which must be at least 7 days before your first lesson takes place

What if I have a scheduling conflict with one of my lessons?

Most instructors are flexible when it comes to rescheduling lessons. If you need to reschedule, please notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance. You can request a reschedule within your student account. Reschedule requests are subject to studio and instructor availability and policies.
